Group Class:

I teach a small group of yoga enthusiasts every morning. They get my personal attention along with guidance for specific conditions when or if needed. These classes blend active classes, techniques, and restoration pranayama, even guide you with props and provide you with in-depth knowledge of Asanas. These classes are a perfect example of meditation in action! Enjoy your daily yoga session with fun interactions and happy souls! What could be a better start to your day!

Private Class:

Private classes are tailored and customised precisely according to your needs and priorities. I will be designing a yoga routine for you where all your concerns are addressed and aided to. While yoga takes time to show results, these classes run at your pace but provide quick learning. The conversations here are short with various tips and bits of advice to help you towards a better and more positive lifestyle.

Kids Class:

This is a new and quite unexpected addition to my regular classes. I am starting yoga classes specifically for children of all ages under 18, who have a passion for yoga or simply want to start early. Yoga calms your kid and channels their energy towards a positive lifestyle. Not only so, in these classes I will help the children use yoga to enhance their concentrating and focusing skills. These classes also have a great impact on the appetite of your kids and keep them fit and healthy. I would recommend these classes for girls reaching the age of puberty; rather advise it. Yoga helps lessen cramps and other problems a child might face during their menstruation
period, which can be quite scary.

Therapeutic Classes:

Not only do I teach therapeutic yoga sessions which help the body after an incident or even due to age, but I will also help you with mental health issues. From stress and overthinking to anxiety, yoga has a solution for everything. I am a pranic healer and graphologist who believes in holistic and alternative healing methods without the use of medication. Yoga helps you get better rather than later for mental health issues and acts as a catalyst.
P.S. – Yoga is not to be taken as a substitution for medication under any circumstances!

Corporate Yoga
